There's no doubt that to have considerable online earnings you need to have large traffic driven to your website/blog daily .Without serious efforts to get such traffic all efforts to monetize your blog would be in vain . Though they only take into account the visits to your blog/website from US/UK only ,but, I wouldn't consider that a big disadvantage as visitors from these countries provide you with maximum dollars in your account .
2) KONTERA
Kontera is an in-text advertising network that attaches an ad to certain keywords in the text of your website/blog . Everytime a user clicks on your ad , you earn . Since , these are ads embedded within your post , chances that a viewer will click on one of your ads are higher but pay per click is lower than programs like adsense and chitika . However , in the past few months I have seen the number of advertisers with such programs going up and if you have considerable traffic you can expect some good numbers from kontera . Minimum payout is 50$ through check .
3) KOMLI
Komli is basically for Indian publishers . They pay you in rupees . CPM(Cost Per Million Impressions) and CPC(Cost Per Click) is low but if conversions are good you can earn some money . It is a good option for your Indian audience .
